Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is “help given by one Christian to another which enables that person to pay attention to God’s personal communication to him or her, to respond to this personally communicating God, to grow in intimacy with this God, and to live out the consequences of the relationship.”

From The Practice of Spiritual Direction by William A. Barry and William J. Connolly

Our world has changed dramatically in the last several weeks. Who could have prepared themselves for what we are currently experiencing? The Church calls us into community and not into isolation, yet for the safety of all we need to keep our distance. How are you feeling right now? How are these changes affecting your life? Where is God in all of this?

Jackie Sullivan is a Spiritual Director who will graduate in May with a Masters of Christian Spirituality with a spiritual direction concentration from Loyola University Chicago. She is available to walk with anyone who is seeking to find where God is working in their lives. She is available to meet online via skype, facetime, zoom or over the phone. When we are no longer required to isolate ourselves, She can also meet in person.
